Trevor’s Grill and Tavern – Event Room Reservation Policy
Thank you for choosing Trevor’s Grill and Tavern to host your special event. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable
experience, please review our reservation policy below.
Booking Requirements
- Guest Maximum: 20 guests
- Deposit: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward
your final bill.
- Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received and a signed agreement is on
file.
Time Allotment
- Event room reservations are allotted up to 3 hours of private dining time.
- Additional time may be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional fees.
Food & Beverage Minimum
- A minimum food and beverage spend of $750 (before tax and gratuity) is required to reserve the event room.
- For groups of 15 to 20, we recommend selecting from a pre-set group menu to ensure timely service.
Gratuity & Fees
- An 18% gratuity will be automatically added to all event room checks.
- If the food and beverage minimum is not met, a room rental fee of $200 will be charged to cover service and space
use.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will forfeit the deposit but not incur additional fees.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will be subject to a $250 late cancellation fee.
- Final guest count and menu selections are due 48 hours prior to the event.
Outside Items & Decorations
- Outside desserts (e.g., cakes or cupcakes) are permitted with a $15 plating fee.
- Decorations are welcome, but we do not allow confetti, glitter, nails, tacks, or open flame.
- No outside food or beverages are permitted unless approved in writing.
Payment Terms
- A single check is preferred for all event room bookings.
- Full payment is due at the conclusion of the event.
- We accept major credit cards and cash. Checks are not accepted unless pre-approved.
